Over the years, the Yap & Matias family has become more than just clients to us, they’ve become family.
We’ve honestly lost count of how many milestones we’ve witnessed and documented for them. Birthdays, celebrations, weddings, quiet in-between moments,
we’ve seen their story unfold chapter by chapter.
And now, another beautiful chapter begins with the arrival of little Elianna.
Her baptism was held at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral, a sacred and meaningful place to welcome her into the world with faith and love. After the ceremony, everyone gathered for an intimate get-together. No formal program, no long program flow, just pure family time.
The kind where titas catch up in corners, lolos and lolas carry the baby like she’s the most precious thing in the room (because she is), and cousins run around while waiting for dessert.
And speaking of dessert, everything felt even more personal because the sumptuous food spread included handmade cookies and cake lovingly prepared by Monica,
Elianna’s mom. (She’s an amazing baker, by the way.) There’s something extra special when a mother bakes for her own child’s celebration, you can taste the love in every detail.
There were no grand productions that day. Just bonding. Laughter. Warm hugs. And of course, more portraits, because years from now, these are the photographs they’ll look back on.
The way Elianna was cradled so gently. The proud smiles. The little details that might one day be forgotten without a frame to hold them.
Days like this remind us why we do what we do. It’s not just about documenting events, it’s about preserving family stories.
And we’re grateful to continue being part of theirs.
