Q: What was it like to have JHG photography on your day?
A relief, because at the back of my during the actual wedding I don't need to worry about my still shots. I am confident priceless moments will be captured under the lens as I've seen their previous works already... that's why I hired them. Q: What was the most memorable part of your photography experience with Joel & Ma-anne? During the preparation at the hotel and the Couple Shots... capturing the moments, those were the times that I kept on reminiscing nowadays.
Q: Any advice to offer new brides and grooms to-be? You will always say that "I didn't have enough time" ...Once the wedding is over, when you look back on everything you will always say "I should have done this... I should have done that" so during earlier days of the preparation try to have a "foresight' on everything. Create a personal checklist. Don't rely so much on your Wedding Coordinators.. they are the ones who made me a Sleep-less Bride. Q: What was the weather like? I was thankful to God that it was a bright-sunny day. Q: What was the funniest thing that you remember happening? When 1 of my Couple-Sponsor made a sexy dance to each other during the "Garter Game" ... it was a hit smile emoticon Q: What characteristics of the ceremony made your event most unique to you two as a couple? The intimacy of the wedding ... it was so intimate so dear close friends and relatives were only there. Q: What do you remember most about the Ceremony? The Bridal walk ... it was my moment every girl dreamt about grin emoticon Q: What was your favorite part about the photographs and what ended up being your favorite photo? My family pic at the Hotel during preparation.. it was so personal... my family was there... my best buddies and cousin was there to assist me. It was priceless. Q:What was the best moment of the night (funniest, most heart-warming, and most memorable)? At the reception, when all of those people close to me shared their wishes to us and their stories narrated behind how we are related. Until now, every time I thought about it it never fails to make me misty-eyed. Q:Besides the “getting married” part, what was the most vivid memory of your wedding day? (bride’s perspective) When I was sitting at the couch during well-wishing scene, there was a moment that it seems like I had a flashback of my life ... I was there sitting in front of all the people who are important to me and I meet along the way and made a big impact in my life. It was a very personal moment for me because I never thought that I can bring them all together in one occasion. If I can just make it all happen again, I wish I will still be the certain of the occasion but not as twice as busy as I was that time so that I can full-force attend and entertain them. Q:Looking back, what’s one thing you’d change about your wedding (could be to do with planning, the actual day, etc.) My Gown! Had I known ... I will push the design I really like. The cake design, I will push for the brooch-design. I should be more hand-on with the wedding and will take a different wedding coordinator. I should have listened to my cousin... I should have at least 1 month rest before the wedding so that I can savor the moment when it happens. Q:What part of the day do you want to do again and why? Not only a "part" but the "entire" wedding itself.
