Q: Describe your wedding in a few paragraphs.
It was surreal. It was the best experience for us. We waited for it for 13 years and it was like looking back at all those 13 years of memories. It just all flashed back. When the church door opened, it was like seeing our past, present and our future all together.

Q: What was it like to have JHG photography on your day?
Exciting. Since you guys are really creative in directing your wedding couple. It was creative yet spontaneous. We were really confident that the photos would turn out good.

Q: What was the most memorable part of your photography experience with Joel & Ma-anne?
It was actually fun working with you guys, because we really felt that you are serious with your craft. We are always thankful for you guys that during the first meeting, you somehow sort things out and gave us some kind of an overview of what will happen and it did happened and we were thankful that you did enlighten us Of things to expect and stuff. It was the personal touch that you give that makes it memorable working with you

Q: Any advice to offer new brides and grooms to-be?
Just let go. Trust your suppliers and just enjoy the moment. But since you are going to trust them, then you should research the ones who really works with passion. It was once in a lifetime event to be put into waste by worrying.

Q: What was the weather like? It was all perfect. There was a little drizzle before we went out the hotel and even on our way to the reception, but we liked it because we think that its a sign of God blessing us from above.

Q: What was the funniest thing that you remember happening?
Probably, all the stress that we got just before the wedding and even during the preps, thinking about it we just laugh it out. At the end of the day, what's important is that we enjoyed our wedding.

Q: What characteristics of the ceremony made your event most unique to you two as a couple?
Perhaps all weddings are unique to every couple, so for us it would be the experience. We would definitely not forget it

Q: What do you remember most about the Ceremony? The walk. There was something about the walk that makes it dramatic to every couple

Q: What was your favorite part about the photographs and what ended up being your favorite photo?
What we liked the most are the candid shots because it brings out the spontaneity of the event, that everything is just who we are. Our favorite would be the picture of our first kiss, the snapshots of how we did our kiss, its just too cute. But then, looking at it, it was all beautiful, it was all frozen memories and it was special and we thank you for that.

Q:What was the best moment of the night (funniest, most heart-warming, and most memorable)? Everything, we enjoyed the whole reception part. Seeing everyone we loved and expected all in one room, seeing them happy for us and celebrating with us, we just could not ask for more. It was really, literally the best day of our lives.

Q:Besides the “getting married” part, what was the most vivid memory of your wedding day? (bride’s perspective)
Definitely, the walk. it was so different from what I expected it to be. I expected that I will be really conscious walking down the aisle, but when I was there everything seemed to stop, like the world did stop for a moment and it was like having a premature ventricular contractions. I was not conscious at all. All I know is that my groom is waiting for me and he was actually crying. Hahahaha

Q:Looking back, what’s one thing you’d change about your wedding (could be to do with planning, the actual day, etc.)
Nothing, we were happy with it. We just let go of the not so perfect, its now part of the memory.

Q:What part of the day do you want to do again and why?
Probably the reception with all the people we invited still there. This wedding is some sort of reunion of family members.
