KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in the Philippines turns 60 on December 5, 2011.

To commemorate this momentous occasion, the only European airline that has been operating in the country for 60 uninterrupted years is holding a photo exhibit at
the ground floor of the RCBC Plaza, corner Sen.Gil Puyat and Ayala Avenues, Makati City from 28 November until 16 December 2011.

The colorful works of four highly experienced photographers will be featured alternately during the three-week-long exhibit. Images of KLM destinations will be displayed, including shots taken by the two winners of the recent photo competition, KLM On Assignment Europe, when they travelled on an all expense paid trip to the Netherlands last October.

Capturing Dreams is dedicated to the Filipino traveler and to all the Filipinos who dare
to dream big.

We proudly present four photographers who share with us images they have captured
through their cameras during their trips around Europe and in their visit to the Air
France KLM-Gawad Kalinga Village.

ELI VAN INGEN

is brand ambassador for Air France and KLM in the Philippines. He is
also an experienced photographer and former executive in a large international
company. Since 2005, he has been living in the Philippines with his Filipina wife. His
passion for travel is depicted in his photos.

CHRISTIAN SANGOYO

is one of the two top winners of KLM and Digital Photographer
Philippines’ recent photo competition, KLM On Assignment Europe. He, together with
fellow winner Joel, embarked on a 7-day journey around the Netherlands to capture
images of Dutch places, both historical and modern-day. In his pitch when he joined
the contest, Christian described himself as “I am travel, my home is the road.”

JOEL H. GARCIA

is also one of the top winners of KLM On Assignment Europe. He has
also won major awards in other photo competitions. Through his photos, Joel is able
to engage viewers to take on a journey that when they look around at the end of it,
they can hardly believe how far they have come. He encourages people to dream big
because life is too short.

ALEX VAN HAGEN

is a much-respected Dutch photographer living in the Philippines
who has done his own exhibits in the past. He favors landscapes and still life photos,
capturing his subjects in unique creativity that depicts his passion for the arts. On the
other hand, Alex has also photographed glamorous events and people in Philippine
high society.
